Flexibility
Accountancy office FINHILL has the vision to adapt to your needs. Every level of outsourcing is possible. This can mean anything from outsourcing everything to only periodic control and year-end activities. FINHILL has set itself the goal to organize its own internal processes in such a manor that we can always offer you a appropriate and practical solution for your specific need. We strive to achieve the highest possible flexibility to be able to adapt to your situation.

Concepts
Within the broad range of possibilities FINHILL has developed three concepts that are applicable to the majority of SME's (small and medium enterprises). The concept that fits you and your company best is dependent on the size of your company, the amount of time you want to spend on your administration and the overall cost.
  1. Total outsourcing concept
  2. Shared accounting concept
  3. On location concept
 


Total outsourcing concept
This traditional concept is based on the principle that all the necessary documents are sent to our office. This can be delivered by post, personally or digitally (i.e. e-mail or FTP). The documents are processed and archived at our office. Periodically we submit the VAT and if applicable the wage tax returns. In the course of the new year you will receive the annual report as well as the income tax and corporate tax return. This concept is mainly used by small business with limited staff.
 


Shared accounting concept
Either you or an employee does (part of) the bookkeeping. You receive access to process your documents online. We have selected advanced modern software for you to use. The software is highly user friendly and requires no specific knowledge of complex accounting software. The software is a secure web-based application. This means that you can safely access your data online at anytime and anywhere. We do the audit, draft the annual report and submit the tax returns. The only condition is that the person responsible for entry has knowledge of the basics of accounting¹. We provide the necessary users course before use. This concept is often used by larger companies with staff, but is also used by small businesses who choose to use the system for sales invoicing.
¹ For sales invoicing no specific accounting knowledge is required.
 


On location concept
A FINHILL employee comes to your office to do the accounting. This can be once a week, every two weeks or once a month depending on the extent of the workload. Our employee can log in to our server through a secure internet connection to process the documents. A common seen advantage is that the documents are left at the office for reference. In the course of the new year we do the audit, draft the annual report and submit the tax returns.
